These aluminum tiered racks are a perfect example of how we help the customer solve their issues. An oil dilution lab came to us and needed racks that fit the Rubbermaid rolling carts used to transport vials from one place to the other. We took the dimensions of the cart and created these aluminum racks for the lab to use. The different colored anodized finishes help the lab distinguish one set of vials from the other. And the most interesting fact; because the vial lids can be stored underneath, this greatly reduces the twisting motion of taking the caps on and off may times a day. Thus, reducing the chances of carpel tunnel! Now, that's a solution everyone can live with.

These anodized aluminum manifolds were a retrofitted solution to one of our customers product line. Their designers came to us looking for a solution to a dilema. We met with their team and came up with this manifold solution. This collaboration solved a major issue for their product line and added another gold star for our flexibility and customer services.

A green energy start-up company came to us to manufacture their prototype. These PVC parts are for a residential wind capuring solution. One of our services is working back and forth with our customers to tweak parts. The customer realized the part was too heavy for their application. We modified the part (same day turn-around) to their new specifications instead of making another from scratch; thus saving them money.

This aluminum plate is a great example of how flexible we are in our shop. This black anodized aluminum plate measures over 3 feet in diameter. Due to our ingenuity, the shop was able to manipulate the machines so they would accommodate our needs. In this case, we weren't restricted by the size of the part.
